The full schedule is below, including the new IPs for all servers. There will also be new server hostnames however the old hostnames will be repointed. If you do not use our DNS we recommend using a CNAME to the server hostname where possible (especially for MX entries). This way you do not need to make any changes. Unless otherwise mentioned all migrations will take place between roughly 3pm and midnight UTC.
